Lynsey Perry serves as vice president of operations at PMC, the nation’s largest behavioral healthcare management company. She oversees a team of regional directors to ensure efficient and effective management in all Senior Life Solutions programs nationwide.
Lynsey joined PMC in 2010. She is responsible for upholding PMC’s standards of excellence, she collaborates with hospital leadership, regional directors, and local teams to ensure program operations are founded on exceptional patient care, diligent compliance, and dedicated community investment.
Lynsey earned her B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO, and her M.S. in Healthcare Administration at Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA.
Passionate about serving older adults, Lynsey has dedicated the last 11 of her 17 years in behavioral health to geriatric care. She is enthusiastic about identifying individuals who may benefit from the multitude of services provided by Senior Life Solutions and its team members.
Brad Miner is Vice President of Behavioral Health Development for PMC and the company’s Integrated Telehealth Partners (ITP) and Embrace Health divisions. He creates partnerships to help organizations that provide inpatient behavioral health, emergency/crisis treatment, skilled care, and outpatient services such as hospitals, clinics, community mental health centers, federally qualified health centers, assisted living centers, jails, prisons and schools deliver effective mental health treatment.
Brad has 25 years of experience in healthcare and partnership development.Before joining PMC, Brad created and led business development/strategic partnerships teams in addition to being a clinician and operator. He has developed partnerships at both the hospital and post-acute care levels throughout the country. Brad has a passion for creating care continuum models that serve all communities, both urban and rural.
Brad graduated from Utah State University and completed his master’s degree at Adams State University. He held leadership roles at LifePoint Health, Kindred Healthcare, and RehabCare.
Pete Underwood, MBA, CNMT, Vice President of Business Development, is focused to help ensure quality behavioral healthcare programs are available to the numerous underserved hospital systems across the U.S. In many communities, where 60% of senior adults with mental health issues previously went untreated, PMC and Senior Life Solutions have implemented intensive outpatient programs that have brought the highest level of care to those suffering from late life behavioral health issues.
Pete joined PMC in 2015 as a Business Development Director. He is skilled at providing hospitals with feasibility and financial analysis, Medicare cost report impact analysis, space design, and strategic planning. Prior to joining PMC, Pete gained 13 years of experience in healthcare from his role as business development executive in the field of medical imaging. Here, he gained expertise in ensuring hospital partners continually benefit from turn-key and contracted services.
Pete earned his Master’s in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine from Abilene Christian University. He reached the distinction of Summa Cum Laude at each program and earned the Gold Key Award in Nuclear Medicine.
Whitney joined PMC in early 2016 as a regional director. She oversees Senior Life Solutions program operations in her home-state of Iowa.
Whitney began her career in medical services as an acute-care respiratory therapist before moving into management of invasive ventilator units with Linde RSS. Crediting this experience with playing a pivotal role in her managerial development, Whitney managed day-to- day operations in four units located across the Southeast.
Prior to joining PMC, she supervised a national team of healthcare professionals under Alana Healthcare’s population heath management. Whitney recruited medical directors nation-wide and cultivated client relationships with national insurance providers, hospitals and accountable care organizations. She utilized clinical, financial and operational data to develop and implement strategies that ensured quality care while reducing healthcare costs.
Whitney is thrilled her position with PMC has brought her home to Iowa and allows her to work in small communities, much like the one she was raised in.
Whitney received her M.H.A from Stevens-Henager College.
Mica Harris, Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse, provides clinical and operational oversight to programs throughout the region. Mica joined PMC in July of 2016 as a program director for a Senior Life Solutions program in the state of Iowa and now serves as the senior regional director. Mica’s passion for clinical care and longevity in the field attributed to her success as a program director, allows her to bring a unique and valuable skillset to PMC.
She began her nursing career in 1994. Mica has experience in long-term care, home care medical, home care infusion, neonatal intensive care, GI procedural nursing, and nursing management of a busy central catheter placement team.
Mica received her BSN from The University of Iowa, an MSN in Leadership, and a MSN in Education from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from St. Catherine University. She also holds a Nurse Executive certificate from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Jay Ricke joined Integrated Telehealth Partners (ITP) as director of business development in January 2017 bringing 25 years of healthcare and medical sales experience to the organization.
Prior to joining ITP, Jay worked as the diligent director for Arjo, a division of Getinge Group. Getinge is a worldwide leader in patient handling, patient hygiene equipment, and injury prevention programs. Jay had previously worked for Arjo as an account executive for 17 years and then transitioned to a corporate account director for 3 years. Jay began his health care career with Iowa Medical Supply as a regional sales representative. He has also worked as a regional manager for Crystal, Inc. an Iowa based nursing home organization.
Jay holds a B.A. in Commercial Economics/Business Administration and a minor in chemistry from South Dakota State University.
Jill Kreimeyer, LMHC, is PMC’s Regional Therapist, providing service for multiple regions within PMC. Jill holds over ten years of therapy experience and first joined PMC in October 2018 as a Program Therapist in Hampton, IA. In 2020, Jill was awarded PMC’s Therapist of the Year award.
Before joining PMC, Jill spent seven years primarily with patients referred to mental health services by the Department of Corrections, Department of Human Services, probation officers, and county and federal courts. Jill has completed multiple training courses and certifications for trauma-related disorders, including EMDR and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. Jill is experienced in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couple’s therapy.
Jill earned her Master’s in Education with a mental health emphasis from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA, graduating with high honors. Jill was licensed in Iowa as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Matt Smith, CPA, CHFP, comes to PMC with over 10 years of professional experience in multiple industries. Most recently, he was with the Sheakley Group and served as the Controller for their Payroll Service and 401(k) Administration divisions.
Prior to the Sheakley Group, Matt spent several years leading the Accounting and Finance teams at Summit Healthcare and Prime Home Entertainment. Matt has also held Internal Audit positions with The United Methodist Publishing House and The State of Tennessee.
Matt holds his BBA in Accounting from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP®). To be awarded the CHFP distinction, applicants must be a Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) member and have completed HFMA’s Business of Health Care and HFMA’s Operational Excellence programs.
Coming from a long family line of individuals serving in the healthcare industry, Matt continues his family tradition and passion by joining PMC.
Matt Karpovich is PMC’s Director of Talent Acquisition, focusing on overall clinical support strategy and team development. Matt came to PMC with experience in sales, recruitment, and operations.
Before joining PMC, Matt spent three years managing a dynamic team within a major hospital system in Nashville, TN. There he helped to identify and retain personnel and spent time in the behavioral health space working to identify and provide support for specific needs within the K-12 school system across the country.
Matt earned his BS in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN.
Mitch Kline is PMC’s director of marketing and brand. He helps the company share it’s story, engage with new clients and attract new patients. Mitch is a talented writer, who excels at helping companies connect with customers.
Prior to joining PMC, Mitch was director of content and public relations at a nationwide addiction treatment provider, guiding people towards treatment for substance use disorders. He’s also helped one of the largest hospital chains in the country develop strong patient education materials and advertising campaigns.
Mitch started his career as a journalist before moving to a marketing agency where he managed print publications and a website showcasing America’s best places to live. He’s also helped the nation’s largest senior living provider gain earned media coverage and recruit new employees.
Mitch earned his BA in psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
