Regional Clinical Specialist
Maribeth Hollinshead

Maribeth is a regional clinical specialist at Psychiatric Medical Care. She started her career in obstetrics within the hospital setting, supporting moms and their babies. She then transitioned to nursing as an educator, followed by director of Women’s Services. Maribeth is a holds a master's degree in nursing. Seeing the value of addressing the psychosocial needs to improve outcomes for moms and babies, she accepted a director position working under a federally funded grant, Strong Start for Moms and Newborns, where she led a team of social workers, creating a biopsychosocial model team approach within the community and healthcare systems.
With a passion for bringing community and healthcare systems together and seeing the value of addressing mental health for all populations, she focused her sights on the older adults in her community, accepting the position of director for Psychiatric Medical Care’s Senior Life Solutions program at Red Bud Regional Hospital. After three years as program director, Maribeth has now transitioned to the role of regional clinical specialist for Psychiatric Medical Care.
