Job purpose

This position provides marketing and communications support. Performs duties such as marketing and design support, offers community education support to hospital partners, works on special projects as needed, assists in managing PMC press room, social media, and various third-party vendor accounts.

Duties and responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications
  • Provides marketing and design support.
  • Assists hospitals partners in the creation and development of ads, copy and media kits.
  • Assist with content creation and management of company newsletter
  • Ensure programs are compliant with communications policy
  • Manage consistency among programs in messaging and branding
  • Monitor Google Analytics to track digital growth
  • Work with teams on traditional marketing such as radio/TV/Billboard ads
  • Manage hospital partner logos
  • Manage creation/distribution of Community Education materials for existing and new programs
  • Assist programs in planning open houses and community education events
  • Provide PowerPoint and presentation assistance
  • Complete marketing and material orders as needed
  • Special marketing projects, assisting both corporate and each PMC service line

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or other related or equivalent field preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred not required.
  • Ability to communicate well in written formats, i.e. email.
  • Ability to operate as an effective tactical, as well as strategic thinker.
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Public Relations experience a plus.

  • Working conditions
    This job works remotely with occasional required travel to semi- annual corporate meetings and additional infrequent travel as needed.

    Physical requirements
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
