Bobby Rouse, Jr., CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Psychiatric Medical Care, a behavioral healthcare company headquartered in Knoxville, TN and Franklin, TN. Bobby joined PMC in August 2013. He is responsible for the financial and business operational oversight of all the Senior Life Solutions programs.
Bobby's professional career spans over 25 years, 25 years of that in healthcare operations and 10 of those years focused on finance and accounting. In 2007, Bobby was a founder and Chief Financial Officer of the country's largest provider of testosterone replacement therapy. Starting in 2006, Bobby served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of a behavioral health company that provided integrated healthcare services combining behavioral and medical services primarily in Texas. For more than nine years, Bobby served as Director of Operations and then Chief Financial Officer of Physiotherapy Associates, Inc., a subsidiary of Stryker Corporation and the third largest provider of rehabilitation services in the United States. Physiotherapy Associates grew from 180 locations to over 400 locations during Bobby's tenure. Bobby has also served in various operations roles with chemical dependency and psychiatric providers over the full continuum of care.
Bobby brings his multi-site behavioral healthcare financial and operations experience to PMC. Bobby has served on the board of directors of numerous behavioral health organizations. Bobby is a member of the Nashville Health Care Council's Leadership Health Care. While at Stryker, Bobby and his team were routinely recognized as the top performing finance team across all Stryker divisions.
Bobby received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
